Meet Rafaela Dejanovic DDS
Rafaela Dejanovic DDS
Dr. Rafaela Dejanovic was born in Croatia and grew up right outside of Manhattan. Her mother, Dr. Ljiljana Frkovic, a dentist herself, was her inspiration for pursuing a career in dentistry, along with her friend and childhood orthodontist, Dr. Kathleen Hargaden. Dr. Rafaela received a Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University and a Masters in Biomedical Science from Rutgers Medical and Dental School. She graduated from NYU College of Dentistry where she trained with the pioneers in cosmetic dentistry, and went on to do a general residency at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, a level 1 trauma hospital, before moving to Wilmington in 2017.
